HelpDesk: Submitted A Ticket But Did Not Receive A Response

Have you not received a response to your emailed ticket request?


There is currently a known issue with some email domains (@att.net, sbcglobal.net, @cox.net, etc.) blocking some email servers. This issue is caused by certain email providers blocking or filtering our helpdesk messages as spam. 


Unfortunately, legitimate messages are sometimes blocked as a result of anti-spam and anti-virus measures. Please make sure to send your request using our Support Portal website or using the "Contact Support" option in the settings of our mobile app. You can also check your spam folder or junk mail for a response from "whelpdesk".
